How do I make a purchase?

Shop our selection and click 'Add to Shopping Bag' for items you like. Review your choices in your shopping bag by clicking the icon at the top right. Remove any unwanted items with the 'Remove Item' link. Keep browsing with 'Continue Shopping'. When you're done, hit 'Proceed to Check Out' to complete your order.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

YES, you'll need to set up an account to place an order. While browsing collections, you can select items without an account. However, to make a purchase, creating an account is necessary. It's a straightforward process. Register by clicking 'REGISTER' at the top right of the page and fill in your details. Enjoy the benefits of your 9 Impression account.

I have forgotten my password? What should I do?

If you've forgotten your password, you can easily reset it by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Follow the instructions provided to reset your password.

PAYMENT

What payment methods are accepted for domestic transactions?

We accept the following modes of payment for domestic transactions: 

• Credit cards - Mastercard, Visa and American Express
• Net Banking - all major banks 

• Debit Carts - all major banks 

• UPI Payment Wallets

Bank transfers are accepted upon special request.

If you are not able to make a payment via the above listed methods, please send us an e-mail at info@creativeimpression.in and we will send you options to pay.

Is it safe to use my credit card at 9 Impression?

At 9 Impression, we take your online security seriously. We use SSL encryption to protect your personal and credit card information. All transactions are securely processed, and we verify billing addresses for added safety.

You can also choose to save your credit card details with us for quicker and simpler future purchases.

What should I do if my card has been charged multiple times for the same order?

If you notice multiple debits on your card for a single purchase at the payment gateway(s), please contact our customer care at [customer care number] or email us at info@creativeimpression.in. We'll promptly assist you in resolving the issue.

Our customer care team is available from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM till 6:00 PM.

DELIVERY

When can I expect to receive my order?

We process and ship your orders within 24 hours using our trusted logistics partners. You can expect delivery within 5-7 business days from the time of placing your order.

Are there any delivery charges?

We provide complimentary shipping for all domestic orders across our entire range of products.

How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, we'll email you the Order Number and the name of the courier partner. You can then visit your account at 9 Impression, and track the current status and expected delivery date of your shipment.

How will I receive my order?

Within India, we ship through registered courier companies at ShipRocket. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before they return it to us.

Please provide a mobile number where you can be reached, along with your full shipping address including the pin code. This will assist us in ensuring a smooth delivery of your order. If the packaging appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please refrain from accepting the package.
