The following Return Policy only applies to online purchases made through www.9impression.in
- Products can be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery. We will not be able to take any request which is raised post 10 days.
- We offer free returns and replacements for wrong products, incorrect sizes, or damaged items. Please note that in certain cases subject to legal review, shipping charges may apply. Your trust matters to us, and we're committed to making your shopping experience hassle-free.
Exchanges are only available for the same product in a different size.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Exchanges must be requested within 10 days from the date of purchase.

4. Size Availability:
The requested size for the exchange is subject to availability in our inventory.

Our team will guide you through the exchange process, including instructions for returning the item.
6. Inspection and Approval:
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange policy criteria.
If the item is in acceptable condition, we will process the exchange and inform you via email.
7. Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.
We value our customers and strive to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. If you wish to cancel your order, we offer an easy cancellation process. Please review the following details regarding our cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation Eligibility:
You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
Once the product has been shipped, our regular return and refund policy will apply.
2. How to Cancel an Order:

Provide your order details, including the order number and product information, to facilitate the cancellation process.
We will initiate your refund within 3 business days of receiving your refund request and obtaining authorization for the refund.
Your refund is estimated to be credited to the account used for order payment between 4-8 days after initiating the refund.
Please note that the timing of the actual account credit depends on various external agencies, such as banks, payment gateways, and external couriers (for cheques).
Mode of Refund:
For both cancelled orders and returned products (due to incomplete sets, incorrect style, wrong sizes, or defective products delivered), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account that was used to make the purchase. This includes online banking, credit card, and debit card payments. In the case of Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed through NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer).
Image and Tag Requirements:
In specific cases, we require product images and tags to facilitate the refund process:
- Defective product received: Only a product image is required.
- Wrong product received: Both product and tag images are required.
- Wrong size received: Both product and tag images are required.
- Unhappy with color (e.g., faded/blurred): Only a product image is required.
- Product different from website/doesn't look the same: Only a product image is required.
- Incomplete order received: Only a tag image is required.

We understand that in some cases, certain pin codes may not be serviceable for pickup by our logistics partners. In scenarios where your pin code is not serviceable for pickup, we kindly request you to self-ship the return items to the following address below.
