Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only for return requests approved under our 7-day return policy. The item must pass quality check and must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Refund Timeline

Once your return passes quality check, approved refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.

Payment Method

Prepaid order refunds are sent to the original payment method. COD refunds may be issued through bank transfer, UPI, or store credit after account details are verified.

Shipping And Deductions

Original shipping charges, COD fees, gift wrap charges, and reverse pickup charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item delivered by us.

Non-Refundable Items

• Items bought on final sale unless damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Items returned after the 7-day window
• Items that are worn, washed, altered, damaged, or missing tags
• Gift cards, store credit, and promotional benefits
