Delivery information and 7-day return policies
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Domestic deliveries (India) usually take 3–5 business days. For customized orders or special collections, delivery may take up to 7–10 business days.
We offer free standard shipping across India. Any special delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown clearly at checkout before payment.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with the tracking link and courier details. You can also track your order via My Account on our website.
Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Log in to your account, go to My Orders, and click Request a Return. We will review the request and share pickup or return-shipping instructions after approval.
Approved prepaid refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after quality check. COD refunds may be issued by bank transfer, UPI, or store credit.
